I trained with Damon at Jackson wink.. he literally lives on the mat. For like 7 years straight now. He never goes anywhere or does anything. He trains like a madman like 12 hours a day. He's never off weight or or if shape. Even a lower level pro than some of the guys and girls at Jackson wink I think Damon was the most professional I've seen maybe ever. He literally lives and breathes UFC championship MMA lifestyle and mentality
