Man Utd are stepping up their interest in Eintracht Frankfurt striker Hugo Ekitike, who is also a key target for Chelsea. However, the Blues already made it clear earlier this month that they won’t pay his €100m asking price.
That figure is also a sticking point for cash-strapped Man Utd, but their exploratory talks with Frankfurt and the player have now been confirmed by a host of credible sources.

Garnacho transfer confirmed?

Alejandro Garnacho’s personal photographer has seemingly confirmed that the Argentine will leave Man Utd this summer.
Konrad Borzyskowski posted an assortment of pictures on his Instagram account with the caption: “One last time in Manchester United red… Alejandro Garnacho under the [microscope].”
Chelsea and Napoli are said to be interested in the wantaway winger, who has been told to find a new club by Ruben Amorim.

Man Utd interested in Chelsea target Fofana

Olympique Lyon have slapped a €50m asking price on Malick Fofana after Chelsea registered their interest in him earlier this week.
The Blues enquired about him, but they are still prioritising a move for Jamie Gittens after failing with an attempt to sign him in the first summer window.
Man Utd and Liverpool are also credited with an interest in Fofana, but neither has as yet made a move for the Belgium international.

Man Utd make Carnesecchi contact

Man Utd have made contact with Atalanta and goalkeeper Marco Carnesecchi, who impressed in Serie A last season.
The Red Devils are looking for a goalkeeper who can compete with and potentially replace Andre Onana.
Signing Carnesecchi is likely to prove difficult, however, as Atalanta are said to value the shot-stopper at around €50m and are reluctant to sanction his departure.
