Lazio have offered £11.5m plus a sell-on clause for Chelsea midfielder Cesare Casadei, who also has interest from Torino and Feyenoord.
Renato Veiga is pushing to join Juventus to further his chances of playing for Portugal, while Everton are interested in a number of Chelsea players including left-back Ben Chilwell.
Casadei has made 17 appearances in total for Chelsea since joining the club in 2023, including make five in the Conference League and one in the Carabao Cup this season.
The 22-year-old, who was signed for £12.6m from Inter Milan, has also had spells on loan at Reading and Leicester City.
Veiga could depart despite making 18 appearances for Chelsea this season in all competitions, although only one has come in the Premier League.
The 21-year-old joined Chelsea from Basel in the summer for £12million and can play full back or centre back.

While Veiga has been involved this season, England international Chilwell has made just a single appearance for the Blues in the Carabao Cup against Barrow.
Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca admitted earlier this month that Casadei and Chilwell had been left out of his squad for the FA Cup tie against Morecambe due to the prospect of transfers this month.
‘Chilwell is thinking he’s going to leave, it’s better to avoid using him to avoid injury,’ Maresca said.
‘Cesare will not be in the squad, same situation as Chilwell. It’s best in this moment not to allow him to play in case there’s opportunity for him to leave.’
