Newcastle 'are in talks with France forward' over a move after missing out on Benjamin Sesko as they continue to scramble for potential Alexander Isak replacement

Newcastle have entered discussions with a French forward as they look for a potential replacement for Alexander Isak.

Isak wants to join Liverpool, with Newcastle eager to bring in another forward before allowing him to depart.

As reported by Sky Germany, Newcastle are now in ‘concrete’ talks with Paris Saint-Germain striker Randal Kolo Muani.

France international Kolo Muani is said to be top of Newcastle’s shortlist following Benjamin Sesko’s decision to join Manchester United.

There are other potential options for Newcastle including another PSG striker in Goncalo Ramos as well as Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins and Chelsea’s Nicolas Jackson.

Kolo Muani spent the second half of last season on loan at Juventus, for whom he scored ten goals in 22 games.
