why wait until the bases are loaded to pull the pitcher? Is there some rule that you aren't allowed to pull a pitcher unless the bases are loaded. Seems like a terrible decision. Should have pulled him earlier so you give the new guy coming in a buffer to work with. Those walks basically decided the game.
