Each round you pick a clear winner, or no one gets the point on 3 criteria
These criteria shape what we want to see in a fight.
We want to see agression, strikes, and ground control
Who goes forward and presses the action
Strikes/damage
Ground control (not cage control)
Sure you can win by being a counterpuncher… but you better finish cuz you won't win on points.
Sure you can submit from the bottom, but you better win because you aren't going to win on points.
Sure you can rest by controlling someone on the cage, but we hate seeing it, so you aren't going to win on points.
