Good performance by Holland but wasn't as aggressive as he needed to be. JDM did a great job getting inside and landing bigger shots. Interesting to see what's next for them
Kevin should have used more roundhouse kicks to damage the arms of Jack because the teeps to the body barely did anything

Holland had zero power behind any of his shots. He went out there and sparred for 15 minutes for a paycheck and seriously acted surprised that he lost afterwards. Maybe he will try in his next fight if the UFC feeds him to Rinat Fakhretdinov

Jack Della Maddalena vs Ian Garry would be an interesting next fight. I think Jack beats everyone outside of Welterweight top 8 – he struggles with Leon, Usman, Colby, Belal, Khamzat, Gilbert Shavkat, Thompson. He'd beat Neil Magny, Vincent Luque, Sean Brady & Geoff Neal. Ian Garry seems like a good test, if he wins he can face the likes of Thompson or Shavkat.

This fight showed how bad are these judges, Jack had a high guard almost the entire fight, the guy never lowered his hands, all Kevin did was hitting his forearms, CLEAR victory from Jack
"thanks for the boos, I appreciate it" this is a great attitude to have, and he was more aggressive than Kevin so makes no sense to boo him specifically

People can stop talking about JDM now honestly, this dude is legit literally outboxed and outstruck Kevin Holland and I know people are gonna say "Kevin isn't a good boxer" but his striking is very confusing and tricky with and how Jack figured it out with the body strikes was very satisfying for me.
He clearly won the fight fair judging would have beared that out why it was split decision which he lost
