Arsenal are willing to sell William Saliba to Real Madrid if they receive two players in return, according to a sensational report in Spain.

Mikel Arteta’s side secured a 5-1 aggregate win over Los Blancos in the Champions League quarter-finals on Wednesday night, but talk of Saliba moving to the Santiago Bernabeu remains rife ahead of the 2025 summer transfer window.

The France international is Real Madrid’s priority centre-back target and they are reportedly willing to wait until 2026 or 2027 in order to land the 24-year-old if necessary.

However, Defensa Central claim that Saliba could be set to join Real Madrid this summer if the Spanish giants agree to send Arda Guler and Endrick to Arsenal.

The Gunners are monitoring the pair’s situation at the Santiago Bernabeu and they would reportedly agree to sell Saliba if both Guler and Endrick move in the opposite direction.

However, although both players have struggled for consistent game time so far this season, Real Madrid are unwilling to offload them to the Emirates Stadium, as per Defensa Central, despite the fact it could help them land Saliba this year.

Arsenal currently value the Frenchman at over €100 million and Real Madrid therefore believe their best chance of signing him is to wait until his current contract in north London expires in 2027.

William Saliba wants to stay at Arsenal

Although Saliba is Real Madrid’s dream centre-back target, he recently admitted that he will not push to leave Arsenal.

Back in March, he told reporters: “I’m really happy here. Because we have some years [remaining on his contract] there is no rush at the minute [to sign an extension].

“I want to win big things with Arsenal. If you leave this club without winning anything the fans will forget about you. I want to win big things here.”
