Chelsea have reportedly offered four players to Manchester United so far this summer in an attempt to reduce their potential outlay on Alejandro Garnacho.

Enzo Maresca’s side are in advanced negotiations to sign Garnacho on a permanent deal before the end of the summer transfer window and they have already reached a full agreement on personal terms with the Argentina international.

However, the Blues are eager to finalise a deal this summer, and they have even offered Man Utd the chance to sign Christopher Nkunku, Nicolas Jackson, Axel Disasi and Renato Veiga since the beginning of the window, as per Romano.

Despite this, Man Utd currently have no interest in a swap deal as they want to use the money earned through Garnacho’s sale to reinvest into other positions on the pitch.

FootballTransfers understands that Crystal Palace captain Marc Guehi has emerged as a top target in recent days, while Amorim’s side are also eager to purchase Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Carlos Baleba.

Alejandro Garnacho to join Chelsea?

Chelsea are yet to match Man Utd’s valuation of Garnacho with the Blues wanting to pay around €35 million and the Red Devils holding out for just shy of €60m.

However, the 21-year-old is pushing to join the reigning Club World Cup champions and a transfer seems slightly inevitable as things stand.

Garnacho scored 11 goals and provided 10 assists in 58 appearances across all competitions last season, and he is expected to sign a seven-year contract at Chelsea if they are able to finalise a deal with Man Utd.
