Good morning Chelsea fans

Arsenal are weighing up a shock bid for Chelsea flop Timo Werner in the summer.

The Blues are willing to part ways with Werner before the transfer window slams shut.

And the Gunners are interested in poaching the struggling forward from their London rivals, according to Defensa Central.

The Germany international has endured an underwhelming two-years at Stamford Bridge – scoring just 10 goals in 56 Premier League games.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are set to hijack a move for Barcelona star Frenkie de Jong from Manchester United.

Reports in Spain suggest that De Jong could become a marquee signing for the Blues’ new owner Todd Boehly.

Boehly is desperate to add to Kalidou Koulibaly and Raheem Sterling with another mega signing and the midfielder fits the bill.

Sport claim the West Londoners will make a move for the Netherlands international and challenge United for his signature.

And Chelsea want to sign Inter Milan ace Denzel Dumfries as well as Leicester star Wesley Fofana in the summer.

And the Blues have already started working on deals for both players in their bid to strengthen at the back.

According to The Athletic, Inter need to sell to raise funds this summer, especially after Milan Skriniar’s move to Paris Saint-Germain didn’t materialise.

However, the report adds that the West Londoners want Dumfries and Fofana.

Leicester value their centre-back at around £85million, the same world-record fee they received for Harry Maguire.

Finally, Chelsea are reportedly considering making a swoop for Brighton star Marc Cucurella.

Manchester City have been heavily linked with Cucurella but have reportedly given up on their chase after the Seagulls stuck to their guns and demanded £50million.

And now the West Londoners have enquired about signing the left-back, according to the Daily Mail
