Chelsea will listen to offers for striker Nicolas Jackson, according to Fabrizio Romano, and the Senegal international’s potential exit is becoming more and more plausible.

“It’s getting concrete, it’s getting serious, there is interest from several clubs in the Premier League and in Italy, with AC Milan dreaming of Nico Jackson,” Romano said.

Bournemouth have reached a full agreement to sign Chelsea goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic for €30m after the goalkeeper expressed a desire to leave Stamford Bridge.

Petrovic requested to be omitted from the Blues’ Club World Cup squad to focus on securing a move away after being sent out on loan. The Serbia international was named Strasbourg’s Player of the Season last season.

Petrovic has agreed a five-year contract with Bournemouth, where he will replace fellow ex-Blue Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Fabrizio Romano reports that Chelsea would be ready to offer ‘important money’ to Arsenal for 18-year-old wonderkid Ethan Nwaneri amid his ongoing contract uncertainty in North London.

Nwaneri was due to sign a new long-term deal, but the youngster has stalled as he wants guarantees of game time in light of Arsenal’s ambitious summer business, which will see the Gunners sign several players who could play ahead of him.

The topic of Nwaneri was broached during Chelsea’s talks with Arsenal over Noni Madueke, but the Premier League runners-up are refusing to engage in discussions over a potential deal for the teenager.

Chelsea send four to Strasbourg

Chelsea are set to send as many as four players to BlueCo affiliate Strasbourg this summer after the success of Djordje Petrovic and Andrey Santos with the Ligue 1 club.

Due to the limited number of international loan spots available, Chelsea have made the surprising decision to sell January signing Mathis Amougou and highly-rated defender Ishe Samuels-Smith to Strasbourg.

Meanwhile, goalkeeper Mike Penders and attacking midfielder Kendry Paez are expected to spend the upcoming season on loan in Alsace.
