Liverpool and Manchester City are reportedly both interested in signing Chelsea superstar Cole Palmer this summer.
The England international is without a goal in his last 16 matches across all competitions, but he remains one of the most highly-rated youngsters in world football and several clubs across Europe are monitoring his situation at Stamford Bridge.

Palmerās current contract with the west London giants isnāt due to expire until 2033, however Liverpool and Man City are both āsniffing aroundā, according to a bombshell report from Chelsea journalist Simon Phillips.
The England international spent 13 years at Man City before being sold to Chelsea in 2023, but Pep Guardiolaās side are reportedly interested in re-signing him this summer and they have even submitted an enquiry for his signature, as per Phillips.
As for Liverpool, they remain interested in landing Palmer, despite the fact that Mohamed Salah recently signed a new two-year contract at Anfield.

Cole Palmer to leave Chelsea?
Palmer has been linked with a Chelsea exit on several occasions since his move to Stamford Bridge in 2023, including after their humiliating 3-0 defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion back in February.
Following that loss, Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher told Sky Sports: āThis project in terms of going forward and bringing young players in, what youāve got to remember is that the best players in this project are waiting for that goalkeeper, that centre-forward. Iām talking about really about Cole Palmer and maybe the central midfield players.
āThis idea that this project will take two or three years, the problem with that is that the best players who are in the team now wonāt wait. Cole Palmer is one of the best players in the Premier League. You could see a frustration starting to build.
āHeās good enough to be competing for the biggest honours – heās scoring in the European Championship final.
āTheyāve got to get Champions League – if they donāt get that, itāll be a disaster. Cole Palmer wonāt wait around for a couple of years.ā
Chelsea fans were also put on high alert in mid-April, with many believing Palmer had issued a sly dig at Maresca with a cryptic Instagram post.
However, the England international still has eight years remaining on his current contract at Stamford Bridge, and any interested party would likely be required to submit an offer in excess of his ā¬117.4m Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) in order to convince Chelsea to sell.
