A VIRAL hoax tricked Google into displaying UFC legend Conor McGregor’s death as August 4.
The former double UFC champ’s is very much alive but he has had his Wikipedia page changed.
He has shared pictures of himself in training and chilling on a yacht.
McGregor also wished Arnold Schwarzenegger a belated happy 75th birthday on Twitter.
The out of hand prank has seen his date of death been set to August 4, causing confusion among fans on social media.
Fans have been tweeting the 34-year-old in panic.
One tweeted: “Conor Mcgregor, why does Google say that you’re dead????
Another said: “Searched Conor dead and this is what came up?@TheNotoriousMMA you good champ? Google saying you’re dead.”
Most of the confused comments came under yet another retirement hint from McGregor.
He has not fought since July 2021 after breaking his leg in a defeat to Dustin Poirier.

But he has trained hard in the gym to recover from his injury and previously spoke about returning to the Octagon.
On Thursday McGregor tweeted: “Mma, I’ll never forget you! Easy work..”
