Rassie van der Dussen anchors MI Cape Town’s 

The ninth match of the SA20 2025 season between Cape Town and Royals at Boland Park, Paarl, saw MI Cape Town put up a challenging 131/4 in 18 overs with two overs remaining. Despite the early setback, Rassie van der Dussen held the innings together with a well-paced, unbeaten 67 off 55 balls, hitting four boundaries and three sixes.

Reeza Hendricks chipped in with a steady 30 off 27 balls, building a crucial 50-run partnership with Van der Dussen for the second wicket. However, timely breakthroughs by Mujeeb Ur Rahman and Joe Root restricted Cape Town’s acceleration in the middle overs.
