This is my first experience working with him, but his communication has been exceptionally clear from the start. The vice-captain also touched upon the synergy between the new T20I captain, Suryakumar Yadav, and Gambhir and talked about their similar mindset. He said, “There is a strong alignment in the thinking and mindset of Suryakumar Yadav and Gautam Gambhir. Having played under Surya bhai in South Africa, I can attest to their similar approach and understanding of the game. This cohesion is bound to reflect positively on our performance on the field.
