Former Liverpool star Jamie Carragher has slammed the referee in charge of Borussia Dortmund’s Champions League defeat to Chelsea, claiming he ‘doesn’t give a s***’.
The German side were beaten 4-1 at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night, with the Blues progressing to the quarter-finals of the competition.
And Carragher, who now works as a pundit for Sky Sports, was left fuming with the performance of the official, claiming he was ‘arrogant’ and ‘afraid’.
“I don’t give a s*** about the result,” he said. “It’s about the referee. He was arrogant, he was afraid. He was afraid to make decisions.
