Brazil icon Ronaldo left popular streamer IShowSpeed in hysterics after he allowed the teenager to hold his Ballon d’Or trophy.

The American, who is a die-hard fan of Ronaldo’s namesake Cristiano, travelled to Brazil to collaborate with the legendary striker on a video.

IShowSpeed – whose real name is Darren Watkins Jr – joked with Ronaldo that he is the father of Al-Nassr star Cristiano, and told the Brazilian that Lionel Messi is ‘short and bad’.

A moment from their interaction has attracted a lot of attention on social media in which Ronaldo showed off his gaming room, only for Speed to notice the Brazilian’s Ballon d’Or trophy sitting on a shelf inside the room.

Pointing to the trophy, which Ronaldo won twice in 1997 and 2002, Speed expressed his awe at seeing the trophy as he said: ‘Oh bro that’s the Ballon d’Or! Look at that. Ballon d’or, pick it up, I don’t even want to touch it.’

Ronaldo though kindly offered him the chance to hold the famous trophy saying ‘be careful, it’s heavy’.

An excited Speed turned hysterical as he pretended to cry before pretending as though he had won the trophy.

‘I won the Ballon d’Or, bro. Damn! So this is what this feels like? Damn,’ he told Ronaldo.

The Brazilian then responded: ‘See Cristiano and Messi have much more than me, I have two of these.’

Speed, who famously rips into Messi because of his fandom of former Manchester United and Real Madrid star Ronaldo, responded: ‘No, Ronaldo has much more not Messi.’

This is despite Cristiano Ronaldo winning five Ballon d’Or gongs compared to Messi’s eight.

When quizzed by Ronaldo why he doesn’t like the Argentine superstar, Speed responded: ‘No, I don’t like Messi, bro. Because he’s short and he’s bad. He’s trash, bro. Ronaldo is better. Come on, bro. You know Cristiano Ronaldo is better.’

Speed then jokingly referred that Ronaldo Nazario should support his ‘son’ Cristiano, claiming: ‘Bro, you’re the dad of Ronaldo. That’s your son. You’ve got to support your son – Cristiano Ronaldo.’
