Jude Bellingham was calmness personified as he gave Real Madrid the lead against Getafe from the penalty sport and he had a message for goalkeeper after doing so.

The game was level at 0-0 when Antonio Rudiger went down under pressure from Allan Nyom in area and the referee pointed to the spot.

Kylian Mbappe saw his spot-kick saved in Wednesday’s defeat to Liverpool and this time it was Bellingham who was the man to step up.

And he made no mistake, hopping and skipping on his run up before waiting for keeper David Soria to dive and rolling the ball the other way.

Bellingham then gestured to the stopper with two fingers pointed towards his eyes, signaling that he was watching him.

Fans quickly took to social media to praise the ‘cold’ finish and celebration while saying that he had shown Mbappe exactly how it should be done.

Unfortunately for Bellingham, his game was brought to an early end when he was replaced at half-time due to an issue.

Speaking after the 2-0 win, manager Carlo Ancelotti insisted it was nothing serious.

Ancelotti said: ‘he had a neck problem. He couldn’t continue, but it’s not an injury.’

‘Today we went in with good balance and attitude, good plays. We won it with merit. Despite the difficulties, which are many such as the injuries, Real Madrid are fighting.

‘What gives me confidence is that we have returned to having a good attitude, spirit, concentration… Little by little, we will solve the problems. Meanwhile, we are there fighting.’
