Man United’s £52m signing moves into new £2M mansion

Manchester United youngster Leny Yoro is reportedly moving into a luxurious £2million mansion having joined the club for £52m.

The 18-year-old French central defender – who arrived from Lille – made an impressive United debut in a 2-0 friendly win against Rangers last week.

His arrival has sparked widespread excitement among the fanbase after he had been touted for a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid.

According to The Sun, Yoro is set to move into a lavish six-bed, six-bathroom mansion at a cost of £14,000-a-month.

The Cheshire property reportedly boasts an open plan kitchen, multiple reception rooms, a cinema and a bar.

There is CCTV on site and an intruder alarm along with electric gates to ensure it is secure.

A double garage contains a gym for Yoro to get extra work in away from Carrington as he bids to hit the ground running for his new side.

Fortunately for the Frenchman he won’t have to worry about furnishing the place and the interior is described by the estate agents as ‘tasteful’.

The property was reportedly previously rented by former Manchester United striker Mason Greenwood.

He left the club permanently this summer to move to Marseille and join former Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi in the south of France.

  • A previous version of this article inaccurately said that Mason Greenwood still owned the property and would be receiving rent from Leny Yoro. The article has been amended to make clear that this is not the case.
