Newcastle 2-2 Bournemouth: Newcastle rescued a late point at St James’ Park with Matt Ritchie scoring his first goal in four years for the Magpies.
Dominic Solanke fired the visitors in to the lead after the interval, capitalising on a slip from Martin Dubravka to slot home into an empty net.
Newcastle responded well to going behind and were level just seven minutes later with Anthony Gordon scoring a penalty.
The visitors remained in the hunt for a winner however, and Antoine Semenyo was on hand to restore their lead on 69 minutes.
Eddie Howe’s side looked to be on course for a defeat before Ritchie sent the Toon faithful into a frenzy with his scrappy goal in stoppage time.
