Days after Christian Pulisic scored a stunning free kick goal for the United States men’s national team against Brazil, he appeared to confirm his romance with golfer Alexa Melton.
Melton posted to her Instagram story with a photo of Pulisic holding a polaroid of the pair smiling happily. The AC Milan forward is tagged in the post.
Earlier this month, Melton and Pulisic were spotted together at the US Women’s Open in the USMNT star’s home state of Pennsylvania.
In that photo, which started the pair’s romance rumors, they are giggling after Melton failed to make the cut at the major tournament.
Pulisic is also about to begin one of the most important periods of his national team career as the United States hosts Copa America for only the second time.

Ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be hosted mostly in the United States, a good showing at Copa America against some of the world’s top teams, with limited time for other competitive matches between now and that tournament, is seen as a needed experience.
Pulisic is the biggest star for what is viewed as the golden generation of American soccer, with a deeper talent pool than ever before.
The 23-year-old Melton was competing in her first US Women’s Open in Lancaster when Pulisic showed up for support.
Melton is a USC grad and has been a professional golfer for around a year.
The 25-year-old Pulisic just ended his best club season of his career in Italy, scoring 15 goals and 10 assists across all competitions.
Pulisic was also a finalist for Serie A Midfielder of the Year, losing out to Inter’s Hakan Calhanoglu. The other finalist was Teun Koopmeiners of Atalanta.
The United States begins its Copa America slate on June 23 with a matchup against Bolivia.
