“Understand it’s [an] initial loan proposal, similar to terms offered by Juventus but total package higher.

Despite the recent attacking additions of Joao Felix, Pedro Neto and Marc Guiu, Chelsea remain interested in signing a new forward and Sancho has quickly emerged as a legitimate transfer target.

Talks remain ongoing, but the Englishman is eager to seal a Stamford Bridge switch and Chelsea are evidently pushing to sign him.

Furthermore, the Blues are now awaiting the green light from Victor Osimhen, with Al-Ahli seemingly focused on finalising a deal for wantaway Brentford forward Ivan Toney.

The England international is currently undergoing a medical in London ahead of a proposed €42 million move to the Saudi Pro League.

Carney Chukwuemeka to Man Utd?

In addition to rumours of Raheem Sterling potentially joining Man Utd in a separate deal, the Red Devils have now expressed their interest in Chelsea midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka.

That is according to Sky Sports’ Dharmesh Sheth, who has revealed that Man Utd are eyeing a potential late swoop for the England youth international.

Chukwuemeka has been frozen out by Maresca, and he has been linked with both Barcelona and Crystal Palace over the past few weeks as Chelsea look to offload him.

The former Aston Villa academy star has four years left on his current deal with the Blues, but an exit before the end of Deadline Day remains a possibility.
