Fabrizio Romano confirms ANOTHER Man City signing
Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Manchester City will officially sign Eintracht Frankfurt sensation Omar Marmoush on Tuesday.
Romano reports that Marmoush will have his Manchester City medical on Tuesday before signing his contract and officially signing for the club.
Pep Guardiola’s side have reached a total agreement to sign the 25-year-old for an initial €75 million from Frankfurt, with an additional €5m in add-ons.
The Egyptian striker will sign a contract until 2030 worth €16-17m a year.
He will be City’s third major signing of the January transfer along with Abdoukodir Khusanov from Lens and Palmeiras youngster Victor Reis.
City’s top target this month has been Marmoush, with Pep Guardiola’s side having been locked in negotiations with Frankfurt in recent weeks to sign the Egypt international.

City finally set to sign prolific star
Marmoush has established himself as one of the standout performers in Europe this season.
The Egypt international has registered 20 goals and 14 assists in 26 appearances across all competitions so far this season, and he is expected to play a similar role to the one Julian Alvarez perfected at Man City.
Only Mohamed Salah has provided more goal contributions across Europe’s top leagues so far and Marmoush will be eager to make a similar impact to his Egyptian compatriot in the Premier League.
City have been keen to strengthen after their recent downturn in form and could end up spending more than €120m on their transfers once deals for Reis and Khusanov are also finalised.
Having only brought in Savinho for €25m and Ilkay Gundogan on a free transfer during the summer, City are splashing the cash to rejuvenate their squad.
They also are interested in signing Juventus star Andrea Cambiaso, as well as a central midfielder before the end of the window.
