Mbappe DECISION could change everything for Vini Jr
Kylian Mbappe increasingly seems settled at Real Madrid following his blockbuster arrival as a free agent from PSG in the summer.
With 24 goals in 36 games, Mbappe has been tipped to hit the 40-strike mark for a debut campaign at the Bernabeu, good going for a player who suffered a slump in the autumn.

Indeed, speculation has dogged the 26-year-old since he joined the club about how he might fit in alongside other superstars such as Vinicius Jr and Jude Bellingham.
Carlo Ancelotti has changed the system, and though Real Madrid are not experiencing the results that they might have liked, they can point to a defensive injury crisis as being at least partially to blame for this.
Mbappe’s presence, though, has helped to fuel claims that Vini Jr is ready to complete a massive move to the Saudi Pro League. In part, this is because both like to play the same left-wing role.
Or do they?

Mbappe agrees with Ancelotti and not Benzema
Mbappe has now changed his opinion in terms of his position, according to a report from Relevo, which claims that the Frenchman has now targeted improving as a striker to help the team.
This contradicts previous claims made by former Real Madrid hitman Karim Benzema, who worked with Mbappe in the France national team briefly.
“The problem is that he’s not a centre-forward,” Benzema said. “When he plays for the national team as a 9, he’s struggled. It’s not his position. But on the left there’s already a boy like him, at the same level, Vini. So there’s a problem.”
– Carlo Ancelotti on Kylian Mbappe
Mbappe now sees himself as a No.9, with Ancelotti even claims that there is no one better at the role.
“He’s the best centre-forward in the world,” the Italian said. “He is a great striker, he is very good in the central zone, more than on the wing, his running is unique and he can take better advantage of it inside.”
So with Mbappe now settled into playing up front, could the noise around Vini Jr’s departure now quieten? This remains to be seen, but Real Madrid and Ancelotti must be delighted by the manner in which the France star has approached this new challenge.
