Osimhen tipped for ‘sensational’ transfer
Victor Osimhen will leave Napoli permanently in 2025, with speculation currently raging about where the on-loan Galatasaray striker might sign.
Chelsea and Arsenal are both following the Nigeria ace, but there are other possible destinations, too. PSG came close to landing him during the previous transfer window, where there is also the prospect of Osimhen remaining in Serie A, where he has been prolific during his four-year stay in Naples.
Juventus have been raised as a possible destination for the forward, with the Turin side in desperate need of a new No.9 as Dusan Vlahovic’s form fails. Thiago Motta’s side have scored successive blanks in Serie A, notably being shutout by Napoli in a scoreless draw on Saturday.
Gyokeres transfer race takes another twist
“Compared to the other strikers in the Italian championship like Inter’s Lautaro Martinez of Napoli’s Osimhen, Juventus don’t have a top-level first striker,” journalist Paolo Paganini told Rai2 (via TMW).
“There are two names on the shortlist for Juventus’ attack. One is Jonathan David, the Lille forward. He’s Canadian, but there is a slot for a non-EU player. His contract expires in 2025.
“The other is Osimhen. The relationship between Osimhen’s agent and [Juventus technical director] Cristiano Giuntoli is very strong, so be careful because next summer there could be a sensation deal.”

Are Juve a good fit for Osimhen?
According to data analytics firm SciSports, Juventus are among Osimhen’s best options when it comes for a transfer.
Juve rank sixth in their Career Advice tool with a Club Fit score of 73 for the No.9, who has an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of €71.1 million.
Where the Serie A club falls down, however, is that they have a lack of potential development for the striker compared to Arsenal, who are one place better off with an identical score.
