Oct. 22—ASHLAND — Ashland Community and Technical College had its 10th anniversary golf scramble at Bellefonte Country Club on Sept. 29.
The event is one of ACTC’s most successful fundraising events for student scholarships.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better day for our 10th Anniversary Golf Scramble,” Brooke Seasor, ACTC director of resource development, said. “We had 20 teams of very competitive golfers hosted by the Bellefonte Country Club and their first class employees. Our faculty, staff and students volunteer each year to make this such a fun event.”
With 80 participants in this year’s golf scramble, the event is estimated to have raised more than $17,000.
