Hafthor Bjornsson, the actor who plays Gregor Clegane in the hit HBO series Game of Thrones, recently showed off his incredible strength by using his wife as a dumbbell in an insane display of strength.
The Icelandic strongman, who stands at 6ft 9in and weighs over 400lbs, posted a video of himself lifting his wife Kelsey Henson, who stands at 5ft 2in and weighs just 115lbs, in a seated position.
In the video, Bjornsson can be seen lifting his wife with ease, as she holds onto a barbell. He then proceeds to lift her up and down in a seated position, as if she were a dumbbell.
The video has since gone viral, with many people commenting on the impressive display of strength.
Bjornsson is no stranger to strength feats, having won the World’s Strongest Man competition in 2018. He has also set numerous world records in the sport of strongman, including the world record for the deadlift, which he set in 2020.
Bjornsson’s wife, Kelsey Henson, is also an athlete, having competed in the Canadian Powerlifting Federation. She is also a fitness model and has appeared in several fitness magazines.
The couple have been married since 2018 and have a daughter together.
Bjornsson’s display of strength is certainly impressive, and it’s clear that he and his wife have a strong bond. It’s also a reminder that strength comes in many forms, and that even the strongest of us can still show love and affection.
