Jake Paul has revealed why he believes Tommy Fury ‘didn’t win the fight’ in their recent boxing match, and has vowed to bounce back in a potential rematch.
The YouTuber and professional boxer faced off against the Love Island star in a six-round exhibition match in Miami on Sunday night, with the judges awarding the fight to Paul by split decision.
However, Paul has now revealed why he believes Fury ‘didn’t win the fight’, and has vowed to bounce back in a potential rematch.
Speaking to TMZ Sports, Paul said: “I think Tommy didn’t win the fight. I think he was a little bit too hesitant. He was a little bit too scared to let his hands go.
“He was a little bit too scared to take risks. He was a little bit too scared to take chances. He was a little bit too scared to be aggressive.”
Paul went on to say that he believes Fury was “afraid” of him, and that he was “too scared to take risks”.
He added: “I think he was afraid of me. I think he was afraid of my power. I think he was afraid of my speed. I think he was afraid of my skill. I think he was afraid of my experience.”
Paul also said that he believes Fury was “too scared” to take risks, and that he was “too scared to be aggressive”.
He continued: “I think he was too scared to take risks. I think he was too scared to be aggressive. I think he was too scared to let his hands go. I think he was too scared to take chances.”
Paul went on to say that he believes Fury was “afraid” of him, and that he was “too scared to take risks”.

Paul concluded by saying that he hopes Fury “learns from this experience”, and that he “grows from it”.
He said: “I hope he learns from this experience. I hope he grows from it. I hope he takes it as a learning experience. I hope he takes it as a growing experience. I hope he takes it as a positive experience.”
