Jamie Gittens has passed his Chelsea medical and the transfer will be made official imminently.
Fabrizio Romano confirmed during the European night that Gittens has passed the main part of his Chelsea medical.
Chelsea are expected to officially announce the deal imminently.
Gittens to Chelsea
Chelsea will pay Dortmund €64 million for the England talent, with Gittens agreeing a seven year contract until 2032.
The Blues beat Bayern Munich in the race for the winger.

The England youth international had become the Blues’ priority target for the left-wing position this summer.
The German side demanded a whopping €100m for Gittens in the January transfer window but his value decreased after a bad second half to the season.
Gittens will not be able to suit up for Chelsea for the rest of the Club World Cup. Although clubs are allowed to register new players for the knockout stages, a player becomes ineligible if he has played for another team at the Club World Cup, which Gittens has.
