The 68-year-old wrestling icon was spotted in a hospital bed in Memphis, Tennessee, on Tuesday, according to TMZ.
Lawler, who is best known for his time in the WWE, was rushed to the hospital last Thursday after suffering a stroke.
His fiancée, Lauryn McBride, told the outlet that Lawler had been “unresponsive” when he was taken to the hospital.
McBride said that Lawler had been “in and out of consciousness” since the stroke, but that he was “doing better” and was “able to move his arms and legs.”
Lawler’s daughter, Katie, also posted an update on her father’s condition on Monday, saying that he was “stable” and “showing signs of improvement.”
Lawler has been a fixture in the wrestling world for decades, having first made his debut in the 1970s.
He is best known for his time in the WWE, where he was a commentator and wrestler for more than two decades.
Lawler is also a member of the WWE Hall of Fame, having been inducted in 2007.
Lawler’s family and friends have been asking for prayers and support since the stroke, and the wrestling community has been quick to respond.
WWE stars such as Triple H, John Cena, and The Undertaker have all taken to social media to send their well-wishes to Lawler.
