Most recently, Jones bulked up to a staggering 255 pounds for his fight against Alexander Gustafsson at UFC 232 in December 2018.

The move was a surprise to many, as Jones had previously competed at light heavyweight (205 pounds) and even middleweight (185 pounds).

And it appears he will once again be undergoing a dramatic body transformation in order to compete at the higher weight class.

In a recent interview, Jones revealed that he has already started the process of bulking up for the fight.

“I’m already in the process of bulking up for this fight,” Jones said. “I’m already up to about 230 pounds. I’m going to be a lot bigger than I was for the Gustafsson fight.”

Jones also revealed that he has been working with a nutritionist to ensure he is eating the right foods and getting the right amount of calories to fuel his body for the fight.

“I’m eating a lot of food,” Jones said. “I’m eating a lot of protein, a lot of carbs, a lot of healthy fats. I’m eating a lot of food. I’m eating a lot of calories.”

Jones’s transformation is sure to be an interesting one to watch, as he attempts to add even more size and strength to his already impressive frame.

It will be interesting to see how Jones’s body responds to the added weight and how it affects his performance in the octagon.

No matter what happens, one thing is for sure: Jon Jones is sure to put on a show when he steps into the octagon to face Miocic at UFC 241.
