Brittany Rae Steding, better known as Lady Frost, is an American professional wrestler and former WWE star. She is best known for her time in the WWE, where she competed in the Women’s Division from 2006 to 2009.
Steding began her wrestling career in 2004, when she joined the independent wrestling promotion, Women’s Extreme Wrestling (WEW). She quickly rose to prominence in the promotion, becoming the WEW Women’s Champion in 2005. She held the title for over a year, before leaving the promotion in 2006.
In 2006, Steding signed with the WWE and was assigned to their developmental territory, Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW). She quickly rose to prominence in the promotion, becoming the OVW Women’s Champion in 2007. She held the title for over a year, before being called up to the main roster in 2008.
Steding made her WWE debut in 2008, competing in the Women’s Division. She quickly became a fan favorite, due to her high-flying and technical wrestling style. She competed in several matches, including a memorable match against Beth Phoenix at WrestleMania XXIV.
Steding left the WWE in 2009, and returned to the independent wrestling scene. She competed in several promotions, including Shimmer Women Athletes, where she held the Shimmer Tag Team Championship with her partner, Mercedes Martinez.
Steding has since retired from professional wrestling, but she still makes occasional appearances at wrestling conventions and autograph signings. She also continues to make appearances on television, including a recent appearance on the reality show, Total Divas.
