Manchester City will be looking to continue their pursuit of league leaders Arsenal when they take on Newcastle United at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday. Pep Guardiola’s side have been in impressive form of late, winning their last four Premier League matches, and will be looking to make it five in a row against a Newcastle side that has been struggling for form.

City have been in scintillating form since the turn of the year, winning seven of their last eight matches in all competitions, and have been particularly impressive in the Premier League. They have scored an impressive 24 goals in their last four league matches, and have been particularly impressive in attack, with the likes of Sergio Aguero, Raheem Sterling and Kevin De Bruyne all in fine form.

Newcastle, on the other hand, have been struggling for form of late, and have won just one of their last five matches in all competitions. They have been particularly poor in attack, scoring just four goals in their last five matches, and have been unable to find the back of the net in their last three matches.

The Magpies have also been struggling defensively, conceding nine goals in their last five matches, and will need to be at their best if they are to contain the likes of Aguero, Sterling and De Bruyne.

City will be looking to take advantage of Newcastle’s poor form and continue their pursuit of league leaders Arsenal, who are currently four points ahead of them in the table. Guardiola’s side will be confident of getting the three points, and will be looking to make it five wins in a row in the Premier League.

The match will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League, with kick-off scheduled for 5:30pm BST. It will also be available to stream live on Sky Go and NOW TV.

City are the favourites to win the match, with bookmakers offering odds of 1/4 on a home win, while Newcastle are priced at 11/1 to get the three points. A draw is available at odds of 4/1.
