Manchester United have reportedly drawn-up a list of four centre forward targets after missing out on Ipswich Town star Liam Delap.
Ruben Amorim’s side are desperate to sign a new striker ahead of the 2025-26 campaign, following Rasmus Hojlund’s woes since his arrival from Atalanta, and they have been forced to pursue alternative options amid news of Delap’s imminent move to Chelsea.
Delap’s medical at Chelsea reportedly took place on Sunday and he will be announced as the club’s fourth signing of the summer window next week.
As a result, the Red Devils have drawn-up a striker shortlist that includes Victor Osimhen, Jean-Philippe Mateta, Jonathan David and Randal Kolo Muani, according to CaughtOffside.
Osimhen, David and Kolo Muani are all expected to move clubs during the 2025 summer transfer window, while Mateta has also been linked with a transfer following an excellent season at Crystal Palace.
Man Utd are also interested in RB Leipzig star Benjamin Sesko, however Arsenal are in talks to sign the Slovenia international and are eager to finalise a deal for the 22-year-old.

Matheus Cunha joins Man Utd
Man Utd’s pursuit of a new striker comes after they announced the arrival of Matheus Cunha from Wolverhampton Wanderers after triggering his €74m release clause.
The Brazil international is expected to be deployed in an attacking midfield role at Old Trafford next season, with the club set to bring in a new striker to complement the 25-year-old.
Cunha scored 17 goals and provided six assists in 36 appearances across all competitions during his final season at Wolves, and his form resulted in a new career high Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of €62.6m.
