Philadelphia Eagles star Mekhi Becton was rushed back to the locker room after suffering a scary injury in the first half of the Super Bowl.

Becton – the team’s starting right guard – suffered a knee issue early in the big game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night.

Worrying footage from the game showed the 25-year-old flexing his knee near the bench, and he can be seen shouting ‘ah f***’.

Shortly after, he headed back to the locker room and was officially listed as questionable to return.

In the game, Tyler Steen initially replaced him, before Becton managed to get back on the field shortly before halftime.

In fact, it appeared Becton was feeling in much better shape just before the half, when he even managed to dance while celebrating a touchdown.

The Eagles took a huge 24-0 lead at the half, stunning the Chiefs in their bid to win a third straight Super Bowl.

Jalen Hurts scored the first touchdown of the game in the first quarter, before a Jake Elliott field goal made it 10-0 at the start of the second.

Cooper DeJean picked off Patrick Mahomes for a touchdown on his birthday to make the score 17-0 shortly after.

And the misery continued for the Chiefs when AJ Brown added another touchdown before halftime.
