Jets' Tyrod Taylor called cops to evict ex Draya Michele and her child with NBA star boyfriend, court docs reveal

The latest drama between model and actress Draya Michele and New York Jets quarterback Tyrod Taylor has taken another turn as the NFL star reportedly tried evicting his former girlfriend from a house he bought for her.

The couple have been embroiled in a legal battle for months now, before the latest events where Michele says authorities were sent to remove her from the property.

Taylor, 35, ended his relationship with the 39-year-old Michele a few months ago.

The couple even appeared to reach an agreement where Taylor would continue pay for the home he bought for her and her family while they were together. Michele, in turn, would rent it out from him with the plan to purchase it outright.

But the end of the relationship made those plans complicated. Shortly after ending things, the 39-year-old began seeing 22-year-old Houston Rockets star Jalen Green, with whom she shares a child.

It appears this re-coupling led Taylor to walk back the agreement and sparked a battle over the home – which escalated in late-November.

Michele reportedly received a call from her nanny while she was out of town on a business trip.

She says that the nanny told her that members of the LA Sheriff’s Department arrived at the home and claimed that they were there to enforce an eviction.

Michele contacted her lawyer, who then intervened to try and deescalate the situation.

She claims that she was blindsided by the incident, reportedly saying that she was not notified about any eviction proceedings.

Taylor’s company had filed an eviction lawsuit against her and a default judgement had been entered in the case.

Michele claims she was never served with paperwork and was never contacted by Taylor or his legal team to inform her of the situation.

DailyMail.com has reached out to attorneys from both parties for clarification and comment on the matter.

Earlier in the year, Michele filed a lawsuit against Taylor asking a judge to push the quarterback to sell her a home that he had purchased for her and her children.

The suit mentions a verbal pact between the two to buy the house, but the couple did not sign a written agreement.

The couple also allegedly agreed that any financial contributions Michele made toward the house would be included in the final purchase price.

But in the lawsuit, she claims that Taylor refused to sell her the property after she dropped $300,000 on it.

Taylor signed a two year deal with the Jets in March of this year. He’s appeared in one contest, late in Week 1 and completed a touchdown pass against the San Francisco 49ers in garbage time.
