Joy Taylor gives her verdict on Chiefs' three-peat chances as she makes Super Bowl prediction amid lawsuit

Fox Sports host Joy Taylor has backed the Kansas City Chiefs to complete an historic three-peat at next month’s Super Bowl.

Taylor has been back on air this week in the wake of a bombshell lawsuit engulfing her and other big names including Emmanuel Acho and Skip Bayless.

The 37-year-old is accused of using sexual relationships with Acho and network executive Charlie Dixon to further her career.

Taylor is also alleged to have used ‘her sexuality to get on a show’ in 2020, when she sought a spot on Acho’s program ‘Speak’.

She appeared on Wednesday’s episode alongside Michael Irving and Paul Pierce and the panel discussed which teams could derail the Chiefs’ hopes of a third-straight Super Bowl win.

Taylor gave her verdict on who posed the bigger threat out of the Buffalo Bills and the Baltimore Ravens – the respective No 2 and 3 seed in the AFC.

‘I don’t actually think there is any threat to the Chiefs because I think the Chiefs are going to three-peat. But if you’re asking me between these two teams, I also have to go with the Bills,’ she said.

‘Ravens fans are going to be mad at this… but it’s not just because the Bills beat the Chiefs this season – which they did.’

Buffalo overcame Kansas City in a thrilling 30-21 victory in November. ‘They know they can beat the Chiefs and it’s hard to keep beating a team over and over again,’ Taylor continued.

‘They’ve played well against them in the postseason. They’ve lost to them badly in the postseason. They’ve had every different dynamic but they can walk in and say: we do know how to beat them.

‘The Ravens can’t really say that, they’re 1-5 against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs and that one is from 2021.’

The Ravens beat the Chiefs 36-35 in September 2021. But Baltimore was beaten at home by Kansas City in last year’s AFC Championship game and at Arrowhead on night one of this season.

‘If you’re asking me: top to bottom, who has the better roster? It’s the Ravens. If you’re asking me how they match up better and what tools they have to beat them? It’s the Ravens,’ Taylor explained.

‘But there is a psychological element to being in the postseason (and) being able to beat them… you really have to get over that hump.’

Taylor, Dixon, former FS1 host Bayless and the Fox Corporation are all named in the suit, which was filed on behalf of hair stylist and former Fox employee Noushin Faraji.

Much of it focuses on allegations of sexual harassment, sexual battery, negligent supervision, retaliation and other hostile workplace issues between 2012 and August of 2024.

Taylor is alleged to have dismissed Faraji’s complaints about sexual harassment against Bayless and Dixon, telling the hair stylist to ‘get over it.’ DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Faraji, Acho, Bayless and Taylor for comment.

Taylor did not respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com and has not directly addressed the allegations against her.

In her first appearances on TV since the allegations emerged, she has stayed quiet on the subject .
