Olivia Dunne shared a sneak peek at her Thanksgiving celebrations after enjoying the day with family back in New Jersey. 

The LSU gymnast seized the respite from her to studies to leave Baton Rouge this week to celebrate the holiday back in her home state. 

And she seemingly put her culinary skills to the test as she swapped the gym for the kitchen to contribute to the Thanksgiving feast.  

Dunne, who is in her fifth and final year as a Tiger, shared a series of snaps from her hometown Thanksgiving on Black Friday.

The social media sensation posted a photo of herself proudly holding out an oven dish brimming with creamy mac and cheese as she stuck her tongue out and cocked her head to the side. 

Having gotten her own hands messy in the kitchen, Dunne added the cheeky caption: ‘So what are you bringing to the table?’

Clearly proud of her culinary masterpiece, Dunne gave her 5.4 million followers a behind-the-scenes, step-by-step guide as she also added photos showing her putting it in the oven and posing with ingredients. 

Dunne also shared a touching moment with her sister, Julz, as a photo of the siblings embracing also featured in the carousel. 

Meanwhile, her golden retriever, Roux, who she shares with boyfriend Paul Skenes, was also on the receiving end of her love, festively dressed in a red ribbon in place of a collar. 

However, Dunne’s MLB beau was nowhere to be seen with the couple seemingly deciding to spend the holiday apart with their respective families.

While Dunne headed back to the East Coast, the Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher in originally from Fullerton, California. 

Earlier this month, the couple went viral for their contrasting reactions to Skenes being names NL Rookie of the Year.   

Skenes’ crowning moment as the National League’s best newcomer took an awkward turn as the Pittsburgh Pirates star did not appear thrilled with his award. On the other hand, Dunne did not hold back her excitement.

While fans ridiculed their contrasting reactions, Dunne posted content from Skenes’ ROTY announcement on her social media pages, including a TikTok video of their celebration.

When one user commented ‘Looks like yall had an argument before it was announced,’ Dunne explained the reason behind Skenes’ demeanor.

‘He is just the king of nonchalant,’ Dunne responded.
