Scary scenes unfolded in Baltimore when running back Justice Hill was left motionless after a collision against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The game was tied at 7-7 in the second quarter when Hill rapidly sprinted down the left flank with the ball.

Hill’s run had covered 25 yards when he approached the sideline and got tackled by Steelers safety Domantae Kazee. The Pittsburgh safety lunged low in his effort as Hill’s momentum flung him up upon contact.

After going airborne, Hill landed awkwardly on his head, shoulder, and neck at high speed.

The running back was motionless on the turf for several moments, causing concerns on the Ravens sideline. Coaches, players, and staff members noticed the injury immediately and signaled for medical staff to help.

Fortunately, Hill got up to walk off the field after the scare. He was then ruled out of the game with a concussion.
