REAL MADRID have joined Manchester United in the transfer chase for Jude Bellingham.
The 18-year-old midfielder is now one of the most sought-after talents in Europe since blossoming at Borussia Dortmund following his 2020 transfer from Birmingham City.
Both Liverpool and Manchester United have been linked with moves for the star.
Now Bild claims Madrid are also keen – although Dortmund are desperate to keep Bellingham.
The Bundesliga side reportedly want to increase the England international’s responsibility in order to thwart off interest from elsewhere.
They are already bracing themselves to lose striker Erling Haaland this summer.
The Norwegian star looks set to join Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City on a five-year deal.
Now Dortmund are determined not to lose Bellingham in the same transfer window.
There this fresh report claims they will renew their efforts to keep him happy
Bild states that he has been earmarked for a “future boss role” within their team.

That could see Bellingham move forward from midfield into a No.10 role to maximise his creative output.
Club chiefs have already held talks with the star and his parents over it and they hope it will convince the ace to stay in Germany for at least another 12 months.
However, the report also adds that they believe he is worth over £83m should they sell.
Bellingham is under contract at Dortmund until June 2025.
