American teenager Iva Jovic sprung an incredible upset on Monday night, beating the world No 42 Magda Linette in the US Open first round.
Jovic, still only 16, is the youngest player in the main draw and is currently ranked No 389 in the world.
But in her first match in a senior Grand Slam, she overcame her Polish opponent 6-4 6-3 on Court 15.
