Action from Wimbledon continues on Wednesday with both the Centre Court and Court No.1 playing host to some of this year’s biggest stars. 

The victors of the opening two days of Wimbledon will look to take one step closer to playing this year’s final as round two gets underway on Wednesday.

Play on Wimbledon’s infamous Centre Court will commence at 1:30pm (BST) with men’s fifth seed Daniil Medvedev set to play France’s Alexandre Mukker before Naomi Osaka continues her tennis comeback journey with a tough battle against American Emma Navarro.

Elsewhere, on Court No.1, British ace Emma Raducanu faces the experienced Elise Mertens, whilst last year’s male champion Carlos Alcaraz comes up against Australian Aleksandar Vukic and women’s second seed Coco Gauff plays Romanian Anca Todoni.

How to watch

Wednesday’s coverage of Wimbledon will be available to watch on BBC Sport and is set to begin around 11am. 

Fans will not miss a single minute of action from this year’s tournament as each game will be shown live on BBC and can also be streamed for free on BBC iPlayer.

For those who are unable to tune into the live action. BBC will also be providing highlights of all the action from the tournament via ‘Today at Wimbledon’ which will go live everyday from 9pm during the competition. 

Fans hoping to watch the action from America, will be available to see all of this year’s matches on ESPN.

The US broadcasters have also added a new studio show, Wimbledon Second Serve, which will air during the last hour of coverage from July 1 to July 5.
