Tyson Fury, the former heavyweight champion of the world, has revealed he has placed a huge £100,000 bet on his brother Tommy’s upcoming grudge match with YouTube star Jake Paul in Saudi Arabia.

The fight, which is set to take place on April 17th, will be the first professional boxing match for both men. Tommy Fury, who is the younger brother of Tyson, is a former Love Island contestant and is currently undefeated in his three professional fights.

Speaking to The Sun, Tyson said: “I’ve put a £100,000 bet on my brother to win. I’m confident he’ll do it. He’s been training hard and he’s in the best shape of his life.”

The fight between Tommy and Jake Paul has been highly anticipated since it was announced in February. Jake Paul is a YouTube star who has become increasingly popular in the boxing world, having already fought two professional fights.

The fight will take place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Box Office. Tyson Fury is expected to be in attendance to support his brother, and he has already expressed his excitement for the fight.

“I’m really looking forward to it,” he said. “It’s going to be a great night of boxing and I’m sure it’s going to be a great fight.”

Tyson Fury is no stranger to big bets, having placed a £200,000 bet on himself to win his fight against Deontay Wilder in 2018. He went on to win the fight and pocketed a cool £400,000 in winnings.

It remains to be seen if Tyson’s bet on his brother will be as successful, but it’s clear that he has a lot of faith in Tommy’s ability. The fight between Tommy and Jake Paul is sure to be an exciting one, and it will be interesting to see if Tyson’s bet pays off.
