
UFC legend Anderson Silva has revealed he has beaten an ‘aggressive battle’ with cancer as he showed off an incredible body transformation.
The 45-year-old Brazilian, who is widely regarded as one of the greatest mixed martial artists of all time, posted a series of pictures on Instagram to show off his new physique.

Silva, who has been fighting professionally since 1997, has had a long and successful career in the UFC.
He has held the UFC middleweight title for a record 10 consecutive title defenses and is the only fighter to have held the title for more than two years.
He has also won numerous awards, including the UFC Hall of Fame and the World MMA Awards Fighter of the Year.
