Napoli will reportedly pursue a move for Fiorentina striker Moise Kean if they are able to sell Victor Osimhen this summer.

Antonio Conte’s side are in the market for a new centre forward ahead of the 2025-26 campaign and they have identified Kean as a suitable target following his immense form last term.

However, the Red Devils could be left disappointed in their pursuit of the 25-year-old as Napoli have earmarked him as a top target, according to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira.

The Serie A side will reportedly pursue a move for Kean if they are able to offload Osimhen “soon”, with the Nigeria international currently being chased by a plethora of clubs across world football.

Al-Hilal have offered Osimhen a contract proposal worth €160 million over four years, as per reports, while Chelsea and Man Utd have also been tipped to battle for his signature this summer following long-standing interest in the 26-year-old.

How Liverpool could be impacted by Moise Kean to Napoli

In addition, Liverpool remain interested in landing Osimhen too as they look to sign a replacement for Darwin Nunez.

The Uruguay international has only mustered a tally of 40 goals in 143 appearances for the Reds, since arriving from Benfica in 2022, and he has been heavily linked with a summer departure.

Napoli are known admirers of the 26-year-old, however they have been unwilling to match Liverpool’s asking price of a reported €80m and talks between the two clubs have stalled as a result.

Liverpool’s hopes of offloading Nunez could therefore be seriously harmed if Conte’s side shift their focus to completing a deal for Kean.
