Yoshida hits again! Red Sox also wins!
Red Sox and Yankees are now tied at the bottom of the AL East and there's a very good chance the Red Sox will pass the Yankees up if things keep up the way they're going now.
Whoever here is a Sox fan and is attending the game tomorrow night. Please do all of the following:
1. Only wear red and navy blue from head to toe
2. Arrive at Fenway earlier than usual #EXTRAEARLY
3. Take the MBTA or an #UBER to get to and from Fenway instead of driving because taking the T is easier, better, and cleaner #GOGREEN
4. Boo the Jays as loud as you can during the starting lineup introductions, whenever they get a hit, whenever they score a run, and whenever they hit a home run
5. Scream your lungs out and cheer your heart out
6. Do not speak at all when the Public Address Announcer is speaking
7. Chant "LET'S GO RED SOX!!!” and “BEAT THE JAYS!!!” as loud as you can
8. Please stay for the entire game no matter what the score, weather, and temperature is
9. Don't eat dinner before the game. Eat dinner at/during the game. Fenway’s concession stands need money
10. If you get refreshments from concession stands. Eat in your seats and not in the concourse
11. If the Sox win. Please remain in your seats until “Dirty Water” ends
12. Cheer and applaud when appropriate
13. Stand up during the Sox starting 9 intro
Boston at least has company in last place after this series.🤣 Big series for Boston coming up with Toronto. The blue jays have had Boston's number lately.

Disappointing loss by the Guards. Cleveland SP Logan Allen looked good on the mound through 4 innings but started to falter in the 5th in his first road game pitching and hardly received any run support. Hopefully, the Guardians won't have to face BOS SP Chris Sale when these two teams meet again in Cleveland on June 6-8; since Sale seems to pitch well lifetime against Cleveland. ☹
Cleveland RP Payton Battenfield looked awful in relief giving up those 3 runs due to the Guards Bullpen being over worked in the 3 game series so…Battenfield had to pitch in the late innings when normally a starting pitcher.
Thankfully, the month of April is finally over and hope the month of May is much better for the Cleveland offense and especially, better starting and relief pitching. 🤔
Verdugo does it again…
There's the rest of the MLB.
And then there's the AL East.
When was the last time that all 5 teams in a division were dominant.
Their worst team is equally the Red Sox and the Yanks, both with a 15-14 W-L record
That's good the Red Sox won because the Bruins blew it.
However the the Yankees are in last place. Go Red Sox!
