  1. I could not wait to see this guy debut i knew one day he was gonna smash izzy then retain his title then lose it to an upcomer then retire

  2. Alex wins again as he has grown and made the adjustments. Izzy will turn the fight into a bore and try and win on points. But Alex will keep marching forward. I see Alex defending the takedown to conserve is energy

  3. March 2020 (Pre UFC 248: w/Yoel Romero): Seven Thousand Miles Away, Alex Pereira takes a closer look at the Television that is playing in the background. It piques his interest further as he watches it unfold & fully as he begins to feel a burning feeling of being Challenged.

And Whenever there's a challenge, no one can hold him back. He just so happened to be actively seeking out a New challenge. This little snippet of Sporting News in Australia playing in front of him in that Very moment not only confirms it but cements that The UFC Was It!

Izzy did an Interview, (likely 1 of dozens he'd done that day) reflecting on his only KO loss to Alex Pereira, how it helped him “grow” & his views on the guy were as follows….

“He’s a fcking nobody! I've Never Ever Watched Any Of His Fights, Ever! So At The End Of The day, Nobody Even knows Who The Fck He Is! He's Gunna Be That Guy When I'm A World Champion & Legend… He'll Be At Some Pub Talking Sh!t Bout I Beat That Guy One Time Whilst Trying To Get His D!ck Sucked By A Crack Wh0re Or Some Sh1t”

Alex Pereira : ”And I took that personally…”

……….Alex Pereira (who wasn’t even in MMA really full time at that point) watches this one little 90 second clip that really Motivated & Ignited a FIRE underneath him…… so much so that…..

7 Months Later > signs with LFA,
A few months later > he was getting knockouts in LFA,
1 year later > he made his UFC debut with another knockout,
1 year after that > he fights for & WiNS The Title & Belt at MSG!

…… So Izzy could have been the greatest middleweight of all time, but shitty trash talk & lack of humility made him lose his belt.
Plot twist:Izzy at the bar “I almost beat Pereira 3 times… I was gonna freeze him like Elsa, but I should’ve stayed silent like Ariel”
“While I rule Europe, the British are gonna be in some pub somewhere going ‘I beat that guy once’”Napoleon, 1815, the night before the Battle of Waterloo!
