There is not better example of Journeyman in UFC than Angela Hill. She has been here from so long but have always stayed in that 10-15 ranked fighters. Win two then lose one then win one and lose two, win some and lose some. That is Angela Hill for you.

This absolute trash can has lost like 8 of her last 13 fights and holds a record of 15-12. Quite literally the only reason she still has a job is because she's a training pad for more elite fighters to bounce back on and/or get a quick easy win and Angela Hill gets paid pennies to fight and know's she can't demand shit because she's fortunate to even have a job here that doesn't consist of cleaning the octagon after a night of fights. Still though, to be headlining a card, even if it is one of the worst fight nights I've ever fucking seen is still wild. Dern made weight this time because she could focus the entire camp on doing so rather than training.

How can you not root for Hill every time she fights? Such a cool person. Cursed with some bad judges' decisions, but a great fighter nonetheless. Also, one of the funniest fighters on IG imo 😅

I'm feeling this is going to be like Swanson vs. Kron. The veteran experience is being over looked and will really come shine against hyped up grappler. No offense at all to Kron or Dernchy. This is a different sport than grappling. The fight instinct of a grappler when cornered can often can work against them. Look at Khabib raining death elbows against a beast black belt Thiago.
Nobody has more split decisions losses that could/should have been Win’s than Angela Hill. 👊
