I think when your in a division with stars it can lessen your chances of getting title opportunities. Something Leon had to deal with for years. But look where he is now. Belal just needs to keep proving his fighting means more than stardom and trash talk. He will get it eventually. It’s when he starts throwing racism accusations against the ufc, turning down fights and bitching about other contenders, that will make less loved by the fans.
