HW division needs more good wrestlers like Curtis. Most of the HW division has no clue what to do on the ground, good wrestlers are pretty much guaranteed to be title challengers
One of my favorite takedowns was when he took down lewis how’d ya miss that one😭 great compilation tho.
He has such singular core strength and an understanding of his leverage. If he was a touch more explosive he'd have fought for the title by now.

There’s nothing more frustrating or demoralizing in this sport than facing a guy that for whatever reason can seem to take you down virtually every time he gets his hands on you. Even if he never really does anything w it and your beating him up on the feet it still just takes the wind outta your sails. It’s the worst. Lol Well, besides a top notch leg kicker you can’t time, it’s the worst. Lol

I know I'm just some shmuck and this is a hindsight is 20/20 comment, but he really should have tried more attempts at controlling Pavlovich like this instead of standing toe 2 toe with him. I think that last fight with the right hook KO got to his head a little bit too much.
